In June 2009 Glasfurd & Walker rebranded and helped FORM strategically relaunch their membership program. Through a series of research, survey and strategy sessions, Glasfurd & Walker created the identity, positioning, offer, membership packages, marketing strategies and cross media executions to enable FORM to reactivate and grow their Membership program.
Since the launch of the 12 month campaign, membership numbers have more than doubled with end of year goals not only in reach but looking likely to exceed expectations.
