The FORM Annual Reports summarise all of the organisation's developments for the year, focusing not on the financial information (which Glasfurd & Walker also designed as a companion publication) but instead seeks to relay the full scope of the organisations impressive body of work.

The design showcases each of their program areas and projects in a unified and cohesive manner utilising FORM's extensive photographic resources.
